Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK Mainland:
All orders up to £80.00 - £2.99 carriage (orders under 1kg will be charged a lower rate)
All orders £80.00 and over - FREE carriage (internet orders only - over £125 for phone orders)
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands:
Up to 2kg - £6.99
Up to 30kg - £16.45
Guernsey, Jersey and Southern Ireland:
Next day 1-2kg - £6.99
2-3 days up to 30kg - £14.99
Corsica, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Denmark, France, Austria, Finland, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and Rest of the World - please contact us before you place your order so that we can give you an exact price.
Please note that carriage charges may change through the year due to fluctuations in prices from carriers worldwide.
BFPO: nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.
Please Note - Goods must be signed for on receipt.
Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-5 days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning). You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number so that we may contact you.
The 'Time in Days" figure quoted reference shipping, excludes Saturday and Sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock availability. Any out of stock items will be despatched on an express delivery service at no extra charge as soon as they come into stock.
Whilst we treat all orders as urgent we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and for the following Post Codes an Extra 24hrs Must be allowed. AB3-5, DD8-9, FK16-21, IV1-56, KA27-28, KY, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-44, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
Liability - Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. In the case of faulty goods please contact us on 01225791182 and we will then decide the best course of action. Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
MX Zone are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
